The Box Office is a surprisingly spacious one-person office however, the 2.2m steel wrapped desk can comfortably sit up to two people with room for a chair behind and plenty of wall hanging space. We effectively wanted to create a really cosy box, that had only the essence of what is needed for someone to close themselves away from distraction and focus on the task at hand.

It was important that we had our smallest home office build properly worked out. With plenty of add-ons available, this little box can be configured with the door and window at any desired side, depending on its surrounding position and view, and can be customised with decking and planters to effectively blend the structure into the landscape.

When first designing our home offices, a landscape picture window above the desk was always a non-negotiable and as time and experience has gone on building many of these structures, it’s became clear the window height is important. We offer the choice of window position, providing a little more privacy when higher, and a garden vista when seated if placed much lower. With a planter below the window, we wanted to provide the option for plants and flowers to grow up in front of the glass.
